The normal delivery charge is £4.95 per 23kg.

Next day delivery before 2pm is £6.95 per 23kg.

Grape Escapes – Tracking
To track your order please enter your Order ID within this link tracking box on this page. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Alternatively, you can use the tracking number in your order processing email via the courier which is highlighted DPD.

Wrong order was sent?
If we send an order out and the order is wrong, we will send a returns label for you to return the goods. Once we receive the returned goods back, we will resend a new order with the correct item or issue a refund to you. If this is the case email to admin@grapescapes.co.uk
